Candice King, an American actress rose to fame as Caroline Forbes in The Vampire Diaries. Candice first started her career singing. Her fame grew as an actor after that. Between the two she was working on her acting and guest-starred in a variety of shows like How I Met Your Mother. Even though her acting career has maintained a steady pace, the actress didn't make a breakthrough before The Vampire Diaries. In a matter of minutes, the show became a household name. Candice King received praise for her outstanding acting skills and performances. She reprised her role for the show's 171 episodes over eight seasons. The actress also played her part in recurring roles on the spin-off series The Originals in 2018 and Legacies in 2021.
