Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe was born into an ethnically mixed family. Her father is Nigerian-Swiss as is her mom who's English. She was born and raised in a council estate in the south of London. When she was fourteen, she was enrolled at The Brit School. She was a student of acting in the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London. During her time at the school, she was a part-time actor in several stage productions such as King Henry V playing Princess Katherine and Wuthering Heights portraying Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe first began her acting career with Storm Damage. Over the past few years she has appeared in Teachers and Doctors. Madekwe's first film appearance was Woody Allen's Cassandra's Dream (2007), alongside Colin Farrell. Following that she portrayed Elisha (a BBC Three drama-pilot) in West 10 LDN. Additionally, she starred in Trexx as Ollie and six episodes in Flipside. She was Bambi on the ITV2 show Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe was a star in 2008's comedy How to Alienate and Lose Friends. A couple of her credits on stage include Little Sweet Thing (by Roy Williams) as well as Flight Path (by David Watson).
Madekwe made her US debut with The Beautiful Life in 2009. The series aired only two episodes at The CW, and was then ended. Ashley Davenport, a character in ABC's Revenge drama series, was cast for her as Ashley Davenport. In May of 2013, it was revealed that Madekwe, who had appeared on the show as a series regular for the previous two seasons had decided to quit the show after a guest-appearance in the premier episode of the season's new episode. Between 2014 and the year 2016, she appeared on Salem in the role of Tituba. Madekwe wed her actor boyfriend Iddo goldberg in June of 2012. They have worked together on Secret Diary of a Call Girl as well as he was a character in the television series Salem.

Ashley Leggat grew up in Hamilton Ontario with a huge family. Her parents Roy and Patty, as well as the four brothers of her, Brett, Todd, and Bram, were all present. Ashley's siblings, who are all athletic, played baseball during the summer and played hockey during winter. Ashley could never walk, but she danced. As she was two and a half, she started Baby Ballet and fell in with. This was the beginning of Ashley's passion for dance. Ashley was a professional dancer throughout the various divisions up until her graduation from high school. She competed in jazz, tap, ballet, pointe and acrobatics. The top soloist at major competitions such as International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance and many more were awarded to Ashley.
